How angry do you have to be to get "anger management" classes?! does this question make sense?
like.. if you just got mad because you were irritated by something is that normal? or when you hold grudges or you just get mad at your friends..and you have attacks..like you just feel like yelling at them. . . or you do.. is it crazy or is it normal? would the person need to take an anger management class or liek therapy?

just to let you guys know who is answering and trying to help.. thank you.. and uhmm yeah from the responses i got.. NO i dont DO DRUGS..NO i NEVER killed anyone and no i dont randomly pucnh people.. i just feel that sometimes i feel so mad or i am mad..sometimes i dont even knw why i am mad.. i know there something thats probably irritating me but i never know what it is.. i dont know. but i really feel bad for my friends because i yell at them alot and just have mood swings…i dont know sometimes i think im bipolar…. but fyi i dont hurt people or kill them or do drugs: )
Being angry or having anger is normal. It is a feeling like any other one. Except it has one difference, it is a secondary feeling. The first feeling is usually sadness or hurt, then it turns to anger as a way to cope with it. If you are killing people, breaking things, hurting yourself, or assaulting others definately therapy. But I personally feel everyone could benefit from an anger management program. Try waiting until you calm down before speaking with someone else and exercise is a great way to get rid of pent up feelings. Jogging, boxing, wrestling,swimming,etc. then when you are calm talk about the problem or what irritated you. If you are using drugs, get help. Quit them, its not worth destroying your life. Notice I said, IF!!! Good Luck! P.S. One more thing if you are having mood swings or depression get help right away, seek counseling.

If you just yell, you probably won't be forced into anger management classes–but it might do you good to attend them for yourself. If you have road rage, commit an assault, etc. then the court will probably order you to take the classes–in addition to any other punishments they have for you.

this is a question about your life how is it? and what are you thinking is it dangerous ? and what are you doing when your angry do you hit people? are you about to run someone over are going off on people who have not hurt you ? are you resentful about something that happen years ago? there's this book called from anger to forgiveness by hazledan read it it may change your life!
